Dataset description

To characterise the binding interface in the full-length CDNF-BiP complex, we recorded methyl NMR spectra using 2H,15N, Iled1-[13CH3]-labeled full-length BiP and unlabeled CDNF. Combined 1H-13C chemical-shift perturbations (CSPs) were obtained from 2D HMQC spectra of BiP in the absence and presence CDNF.

Additional information:	NOTE: This dataset was updated on 09/10/2026. Two new files were added: spec_ATPregeneration_FigureS15.zip AND spec_CPMG_FigureS14.zip. The author list was also updated to reflect the authorship of the article in Nature Communication
