Dataset description
To characterise the binding interface in the full-length CDNF-BiP complex, we recorded methyl NMR spectra using 2H,15N, Iled1-[13CH3]-labeled full-length BiP and unlabeled CDNF. Combined 1H-13C chemical-shift perturbations (CSPs) were obtained from 2D HMQC spectra of BiP in the absence and presence CDNF.
