Data on the biological and biomechanical properties of acellular porcine superflexor tendons grafts following irradiation: example histology and cytotoxicity images; biomechanical testing data (ultimate tensile strength, failure strain, Young's modulus); collagen and denatured collagen content; thermal stability measurements.
