Dataset description

This data represents a typical fluorescence image obtained when analysing proton-pumping activity of single enzymes reconstituted in the liposomes. The time-lapse fluorescence image was taken within a single 5 min experiment. It consists from 2 channels (470/535 nm and 410/535 nm) x 105 time points. The reductive potential was applied from 60 to 180 s.
