Dataset description

Data on the biological and biomechanical properties of porcine superflexor tendon grafts before and after decellularisation: biomechanical testing data (ultimate tensile strength, failure strain, Young's modulus); DNA, collagen and GAG content; semi-quantitative alpha Gal analysis; in vitro and in vivo biocompatibility.
