The raw data and statistical analysis xlsx file contains the raw data for the DNA, hydroxyproline, GAG and alph-Gal assays together with the statistical analysis of the data. This file also contains the biomechancial data from the unixial tensile tests and the analysis of that data. 

The Gross images of tissues explanted from mice shows images of the explants in situ plus the numbers relating to each mouse that received native and decellularised porcine SFT tissue.

The folder "histology images of tissue explanted from mice" contains additional histology images of the H&E stained sections of the explanted native and decellularised SFT tissues. Each image is labelled with the number of the mouse.
