Dataset description

Dataset that corresponds to work on dual resonant phonon THz QCL. Dataset consists of all figures presented in the paper given as Grace files and simulation data given in Excel files.

Additional information:	We acknowledge HPC team in Leeds, as we used their cluster for simulations: Numerical part of this work was undertaken on ARC4, part of the High Performance Computing facilities at the University of Leeds.
