Dataset description

This dataset contains all numerical and analytical results developed for the paper "A Novel Analytical Approach for Evaluating Thermally Active Underground Retaining Walls". The numerical results correspond to simplified two dimensional models for energy walls that were created in the COMSOL Multiphysics 5.5. All numerical models have a time step of 1 hour and a simulation period of 1 year. Parallelly, temperature changes were also calculated through the analytical method, which here is the FIS method or Flux and IPS Splitting method, which used IPS or Infinite Plane Source as the base model to compare energy wall to a planer source. The data sheets presented in this data set contains all these information along with the variables used in the calculations. Through this, any information presented in the article can either be calculated, cross-checked or derived.
