Dataset description

The dataset are of raw images and collated data. The raw images are of bright field images and confocal images of the PDAC spheroid cultures with and without TGF-β supplement.The collated data are of the size of the cultures, the oscillatory shear rheology data of the mechanical stiffness assessment of the cultures, and results of efficacy of gemicitabine on the mechanically stiff PDAC cultures.
