Dataset description
Urban Anchal study baseline and six-month follow-up household surveys. Baseline household survey conducted between July and August 2017 in a ward within south Dhaka, Bangladesh, and aimed to assess the demand for centre-based child-care and current child-care practices. Six-month follow-up survey of the same households conducted between January and February 2018, and aimed to identify the proportion of baseline survey respondents who were traceable six-months after the baseline survey (to inform the design of a future larger definitive study) and to explore any changes in demand for centre-based child-care and current child-care practices.
