Dataset description

Trinuclear complexes with three palladium N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) centres tethered onto a host-type cyclotriguaiacylene scaffold, and monomeric analogues were studied by NMR, infrared spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and structures determined by X-ray crystallography. Use of the complexes to catalyse Suzuki Miyaura cross-coupling reactions was investigated.
