Dataset description

Data on the biological and biomechanical properties of human donor aortic and pulmonary cardiac valves before and after decellularisation: biomechanical testing data (ultimate tensile strength, failure strain, Young's modulus); DNA, collagen and GAG content; in vitro biocompatibility.
