Dataset description

This file contains the following MARCO-UK model input and output data used in the following paper: Nieto, J., Brockway, Johnson, E.., and Barrett J. (2026) “Exploring the socio-macroeconomic impacts of buildings decarbonisation including efficiency and rebound effects.” Applied Energy, 425, 128391. Additional information:	All sources are listed on the Data Sources tab. The file Data repository_fv.xlsx was updated with a revised version Data repository_fv2.xlsx on 4/9/2026 Change Log: previous _fv file did not have the final scenario results, to match the published paper results. updated _fv2 file include very minor changes in all scenarios (by 2050, the deviation in GDP across scenarios is between 0-1%) except Transform 2a. (which reaches around 10-12% GDP deviation by 2050 vs earlier _fv1 file). Thus, the deviation overall is quite minor, except in Transform 2a has some values with relatively high deviation.
