Dataset description

The dataset are of raw images and collated data. The raw images are of subsequent assessment of the microfluidic PDAC cultures using a bright-field, epi-fluorescence, and confocal microscopy. The collated data include viability assessments of the microfluidic PDAC cultures following treatment with gemcitabine, microbubbles, and ultrasound exposure.
