Dataset description

A phase 1 study of TG6002 vaccinia virus infusion via the hepatic artery in combination with oral 5-flurocytosine to colorectal cancer patients with liver metastases. Patient PBMCs were isolated from peripheral blood samples taken throughout treatment. mRNA sequencing was performed to investigate the immune response to combination treatment. Differential gene expression analysis revealed an association with viral dose; cluster analysis highlighted several pathways relevant to immune responses, type I interferon signalling and specific response to virus.
