File Descriptions: HDF5 (.h5) file can be opened in Matlab or Python The Time_resolved_saxs_waxs.h5 file contain time-resolved SAXS and WAXS patterns obtained after processing with the data_processing.py Python script. The .tiff files are figures from the paper "An Innovative Data Processing Method for Studying Nanoparticle Formation in Droplet Microfluidics using X-rays Scattering" Figure 1 is a summary a the two-steps data process technique that has been developped in this work. Figure 2 is a presentation of the microfluidic system used in this work. Figure 3 corresponds to TEM Observation of the nanoparticles synthesized in this work. Figure 4 explains the criterion used in data processing to sort the data based on WAXS intensities of continuous and aqueous phases. Figure 5 highlights the difference in SAXS intensities from a nanoparticle frame and a solution-only frame, used to proceed to background substraction. Figure 6 represents the time-resolved SAXS and WAXS patterns obtained after data processing Figure 7 is a modelling of these data to obtain structural information.
