The DOI contains the raw data as plotted in the figures contained within the main paper and the supplementary such that you can reproduce these figures.
You will find the data associated with the paper in the "Main" folder, and the data associated with the supplementary information figures in the Supplementary folder.

Each data file is labelled to correspond with the relevant figure in either the paper or the supplementary information document.

In addition to these data sets, we have included all images from the AAC and AClfA1 MB binding studies in the folders named "AAC and AClfA1 MB binding images".
These images are spread across three folders (repeats 1 - 3).
