The data is in its final processed format corresponding to 
that presented in the figures in the paper titled:

"Shocking interactions of supernova remnants with atomic 
and molecular clouds - the interplay between shocks, 
thermal instability and gravity in the large cloud regime"

Data filenames are given by a figurePanel convention of 
linking each dataset to a figure and panel
e.g. data for Figure 3 panel c is fig3c.extension

extension is either .txt or .xq

Figures 4 and 9 contain panels that show time evolution of 
quantities for 3 separate models, but shown on single panel.
This has been made explicit in the filename with an additional 
name appended to the figurePanel convention
e.g. Fig4i_NoShock, Fig4i_SN1, Fig4i_S1


The .xq files have the following format:-
[# of dimensions] [# cells in first dimension] [# cells in second dimension]

...
i.e. the first three lines are a header and the data is contained from the fourth line onwards.
