Readme.txt - Summary of data in repository for: 3D Visualization of Additive Occlusion and Tunable Full-Spectrum Fluorescence in Calcite Repository author: David C. Green, ORCID:0000-0002-0578-2369, email: chmdcg@leeds.ac.uk Compiled 18th November 2016 File name and contents: ACC_nanoparticles_raw.zip - All data for the analysis of ACC and nanoparticles (SEM, TEM, XRD, FTIR, Quantification, Fluorimetry, photographs, data analysis files, raman spectroscopy, confocal images, references). FLIM_raw.zip - Raw fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy images obtained from the CLF (July 2015).This folder features optical, fluorescence confocal and FLIM micrographs of all samples analysed during this time. SEM_raw.zip - SEM micrographs in tif format of crystals produced under the conditions described. samples separated as per the initial calcium concentrations used and then described by the additive dye and either concentration of the dye, or the dye/Ca ratio, where appropriate. XRD_raw.zip - XRD diffractograms obtained by high-resolution pXRD using synchrotron radiation, collected from Diamond in November 2014 on beamline I11 under proposal EE10137. Includes all raw data collected from this for relevant samples (all other data collected under this proposal related to other projects). Quantification_raw.zip - csv files for quantification data of dyes in calcite and Ca quant data, plus analysed/compiled data in the form of originpro 9 file. Confocal_raw.zip - confocal data in lsm format of blue, green, red and white fluorescent calcite. calcium concentration conditions and dye concentrations given. FLIM_raw.zip - All fluorescence lifetime imaging data obtained from CLF at didcot under proposal 15130010 in text image and decay curve format (.dat files). Fluorimetry_raw.zip - raw (as csv), normalised and compiled (as xls) and processed (as originpro 9 files) florimetry of solid samples of fluorescence calcite, and of the dyes in solution. Photos_raw.zip - tif photographs taken from UV-excited and normal light calcite crystals under a stereo microscope of blue, green and red (and mixed white) calcite crystals.
