To access the files for Spectroscopy data (.opj) use the software Origin Pro. 
To access spreadsheet filesuse Microsoft Office 2007 or higher. 
To access .jpeg files use any standard photo viewer. 
To access .dcd files use standard visual molecular dynamics software (free to download at:https://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/vmd/), the .prmtop file must be loaded first to give the the parameter/topology infomation for the whole system.
