Dataset description

This dataset is related to the paper "A stochastic intracellular model of anthrax infection with spore germination heterogeneity", Frontiers in Immunology. It includes the posterior distribution samples of model parameters, along with computer codes in python to generate Figures 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 10 of the paper.
