Each individual .xlsx file provides the raw data for a figure in the manuscript "Horizon: Microfluidic Platform for the Production of Therapeutic Microbubbles and Nanobubbles". 
The names correspond to the main figure text (e.g. Figure_5.xlsx) or a figure from the supporting information (e.g. SF1.xlsx).
Any additional analysis such as fitting functions and extracted parameters are describedd within the bulk of the paper or the supporting information.
