Fig3.xlsx contains (Current, voltage) data presented in Fig.3 of the above paper. i.e. Self-mixing voltages extracted from the series of THz-s-SNOM images shown in Figure 2 of the above paper, for gold and SiO2 regions of the Au/SiO2 sample. Fig4a.xlsx contains (Frequency, permittivity) data presented in Fig.4a of the above paper. Real and imaginary components of the complex permittivity of KBr determined from a single phonon oscillator model are given. Fig4b.xlsx contains (Frequency, magnitude) data presented in Fig.4b of the above paper.
