This data set contains FLIM data, AFM data, epifluorescence data and spectroscopy data obtained in the study of Hybrid membranes formed from Thylakoid extracts and DOPC lipids.

Each sub folder contains an individual ReadMe file with containing experimental details on the data set, and the open access software that is availiable for each data type. 



Open source software: 

FLIM images have been exported as .tiff files which can be accessed with the open source ImageJ software. 

AFM images have been exported as pngs, and as AFM data types that can be accesssed with the open source software Gwyddion.

Epifluorescence data has been exported as .nd2 files, which can be accessed with the open source ImageJ software.
