The data in this repository can be used to reproduce each of the figures
 in the paper. 

The .out files are ascii files and contain 2 columns. The first
 column is time in code units and the second column gives the maximum (central) 
density within the filament in code units.

 The .silo files are data files written with the Silo library. These can 
be read using the silo library or visualised with the VisIt visualization tool
(https://wci.llnl.gov/simulation/computer-codes/visit). These files contain
the density, velocity and magnetic field at the given time in the simulation.
