This repository contains the data to accompany the paper:-

Striations, integrals, hourglasses and collapse - thermal instability driven magnetic simulations of molecular clouds

The data files are organised into directories per figure.

The data files are either Excel spreadsheets (.xlsx), or .xq files (gzipped on CentOS7).

The XQ file have the following format:-

[# of dimensions] [# cells in first dimension] [# cells in second dimension]

...

i.e. the first three lines are a header and the data is contained from the fourth line onwards.

Magnetic field: 1.174663e-8 [G]; multiply by 0.0117 to convert to [10^-6 G]
Column density: n [cm^-2]; equivalent to 2.0e-24 [g cm^-2]
