This data contains: * Scan Data.zip: The scan data for the 14 input human lumbar vertebrae. * InputFEA.zip: Abaqus CAE (2017) files, abaqus INP files, a python script to create and run abaqus jobs using the INP files and the loadPosition.csv file. Finally, the Simpleware ScanIP project files. * InputSTL.zip: STL files describing the geometry of the input vertebrae. * InputHistogramAndStatistics.zip: The raw histogram data used to analyze and make the figures in the associated paper. * OutputFEA.zip: Abaqus INP files and a python script to create and run abaqus jobs using the INP files. * OutputHistogramAndStatistics.zip: The raw histogram data used to analyze and make the figures in the associated paper. * OutputSTL.zip: STL files describing the geometry of the generated vertebrae. * Results.xlsx: The raw measurement results used to make the figure in the associated paper.
