This data packet contains the raw data (computational, microarchitectural and experimental data values) used to create the graphs and figures in the associated paper (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jmbbm.2020.103931). 

The raw mechanical test data contains force, displacemet, stress and strain data from the uniaxial compression tests in the Instron materials testing machine. 

The CT data is presented in the form of .tiff files.

Three sets of Abaqus input files are included: full specimen hFE (cylindrical), cuboidal hFE and (cuboidal) micro-FE.
