LIS-MAL estimates of hydro-climatic suitability for malaria transmission in Africa (1971-2100)

All quantitative data are found in the data.xlsx spreadsheet.

Maps of areas estimated to be hydro-climatically suitable for malaria transmission (classified 
by number of months per year) are provided in subfolders, organised into four time periods 
(1971-2005, 2010-2040, 2040-2070 and 2070-2100).

Within each time period, seven geotif files are found in subfolders corresponding to the forcing models
(see Sheet 1 of the Excel spreadsheet). 

Example python scripts for extracting suitability information from NetCDF files are included in a separate folder (written by TW).
