Ion current trace data for the Macromolecular crowding enhances the detection of DNA and proteins by a solid-state nanopore by Chau et al (2020). The folder contains the ion current trace data files utilised in this study. The files are grouped into 4 main folders: circular DNA plasmid, linearized DNA plasmid, beta-galactosidase, amyloid fibrils. Inside the folders, the files are organised by the testing condition. For the trace used in supporting figure 4 (bath swapping trace) and 5 (PBS filled nanopipette in the 50% PEG 8000 bath) can be found the in the S.Figure 4, 5 folder alongisde the 4 main folders. The trace data are in axon binary file (abf) format. Compatible software such as Clampfit, Origin, Matlab can be used for analysis.
