SEM_raw.zip - Tif images taken from rows A to H, for columns 1 to 5 and 8 to 11, taken at high and low magnification. The experimental conditions to which these are attributed is given in the paper.

XRD_raw.zip - Raw data of XRD diffractograms taken from wells with experimental conditions as stipulated in the paper. 

Raman_raw.zip - Raw Raman microscopy spectra. Files are separated into 2 files, where Asp and Glu samples are within '020715 Asp Asn Glu Val' and Asn and Val samples are within '181115 Val Asn Raman'. Columns 1 to 5 and rows A to H are present in all samples. Files (excel xlsx and OriginPro opj) involving data processing are also provided.

Kinetics_raw.zip - All kinetics data acquired on 041115, including the processed data in xlsx and opj files. 

Quantification_raw.zip - csv files for quantification data of amino acids in calcite and Ca quant data, plus analysed/compiled data in the form of originpro 9 file.

Image_Analysis_raw.zip - Raw TIF files for columns 1 to 9 and rows A to H showing high contrast SEM data for calcite with amino acids. Also supplied are compiled data files and calculated values in xlsx and opj files.

Image_Analysis_macros.zip - Macros used for image analysis compatible with ImageJ

Figures_working.zip - Serif DrawPlus X5 files of working files for figures.

Figures_final.zip - png and tif files of all figures (paper and supplementary) and all versions leading up to the final version.
