This is the dataset associated with the following journal paper published in the Journal of the Mechanical Behavior of Biomedical Materials. Folders with DICOMs for the CT scans of the two porcine knees. Abaqus INP files for each of the two knee models, plus Python scripts to generate the models from these within Abaqus. Contact pressure data from the experiments for all time points. Note that this data encompasses the whole system, i.e. displacement results from a combination of deformation of the cartilage, meniscus, bone, bone cement and any unavoidable bending occurring in the rig itself. Therefore it cannot reasonably be used to derive material properties.
