Ion current data for ?“Analysis of 2D DNA Origami with Nanopipettes”

The folder contains the ion current data files obtained for the various samples utilized in this paper. 

The files are grouped into two separate folders named “plain tiles” and “frames” according to the sample 
type and contain the respective translocation data for two nanopipettes in folders “1”, “2”, and “major 
data analysis”. 


While the files in “1” and “2” contain the entirety of data collected for the samples at different 
voltages, “major data analysis folder” contains the data used for analysis represented in the paper.  

The files are in .abf format which can be opened and analysed using a variety of software including 
MATLAB, Origin Pro and Clampfit.
