Each row is a new episode of care



2. Contains the transition matrices P (5 x 5) for each type of care (Direct care, housekeeping, mealtimes, medication rounds, miscellaneous, personal care) representing the probability of moving from surface x_i to x_j



Format of matrices:



Columns = : 1=Equipment, 2=Patient, 3=Hygiene areas, 4=Near-bed surfaces, 5=Far-bed surfaces
