To access the files for Spectroscopy data (.opj) use the software Origin Pro. 
To access the files for AFM data - view either the exported image data .tif in any photo viewer software, or the raw AFM data can be opened ("AFM..." files without any extension) using NanoScope Analysis software (can be requested from Bruker Nanosurfaces Division, free of charge) or the free open-source Gwyddion software (see: www.gwyddion.net/). 
To access .xlsx use Microsoft Office 2007 or higher. 
To access .jpegs, use any standard photo viewer.
