The series of folders "sequences" gives image sequences and temperature logs for each run on each substrate.



The folder "metadata" gives a summary of analysed results for these runs.



The folder "scripts" gives two scripts for finding the predicted lines of immediate emergence and nucleation, as shown on Figure 4.

Each folder contains a file "notes.txt" giving further details.



Important note: the temperatures given within both "sequences" and "metadata" are pre-calibration. To turn an uncalibrated temperature Tu into a calibrated temperature Tc, we use the following formula:

Tc = Tu - 0.0337 * (18 - T)

where both Tc and Tu are in °C.
