Dataset description

Raw and processed data for the temperature dependence of the spin diffusion length in lateral spin valves measurements of Py/Cu/Py spin valves fabricated with different purities of Cu. Including extracted spin diffusion length which shows a suppression below 30K only in the presence of the Kondo effect. The processed data calculates the spin-relaxation rate and isolates the contributions from magnetic impurities. The spin-flip probability of a magnetic impurity is 34%.
