1) The dataset is shared by the authors of this published paper: Journal of the American Chemical Society, 2015, 137 (51), pp 16055–16063. 

2) The shared dataset contains the data the authors used to publish the aforementioned paper. It also contains additional data gathered after the publication of the paper. The latter data was included in the manuscript published in BB-Bioenergetics, 2017, xx, xx-xx. The authors share the data in order to promote collaboration and the openness in academic research. Please note that ONLY data of WT cytochrome bo(3) WITHOUT valinomycin has been included in this data.

3) The dataset contains time-resolved fluorescence microscopic data (traces) of individual lipid vesicles. It is derived from image data in a method detailed in the aforementioned papers. The original image data is too large to share conveniently.

4) The shared dataset "Open_data.mat" is Matlab file that can be used in conjunction with the Matlab code that is also shared by the authors and released under DOI: http://doi.org/10.5518/150/. The data structure of the shared data is described in the file 'open_data_script.m'. For convenience, the same data is also released in AscII format in the file Open_data.txt (with a zip version available as Open_data.zip.
