Dataset description

Data used for absorption correction of Mg-Al-Ca needle alloy, including elemental EDS tilt series for the needle, stacked ADF tilt series and EDS data of the CaCO3 and MgO calibration standards, and EELS spectrum image/ADF image/relative thickness and EDS data for the Al wedge calibration standard.
