Dataset description

This dataset is associated with a paper on "Thermoelectric Fingerprinting of Bloch- and Néel-type Skyrmions", and contains various scanning probe microscopy datasets, these include; atomic and magnetic force microscopy; scanning thermoelectric microscopy micrographs. The samples were mounted in a commercial atomic force microscope (Aura NT-MDT) and electrical readout of the sample was synced to the microscopes' controller. A model was created to understand the role of spin-textures on the resultant thermoelectric effects allowing us to ascertain the spin texture measured in the experiments.
