CONTENT:

hoop-strain.zip: photographic images of 8 disc samples at time 0, 10min and 25 min (only 5 paired samples used in the paper);
		 size and angular measurements; and 
		 R script for statistics

input files (baseline).zip: inp files (for Abaqus) of 6 osteodiscs models (baseline models) - names in format TxCy with x the tail identifier and y the disc level
			   osteodiscModelTools.py: python file to run in Abaqus that finishes the Abaqus models, run the FEA and post-process it


FE results.zip: all outputs of tri-linear fits on all sensitivity analysis FE models, associated graphs and R scripts for statistics

species comparison.zip: matlab scripts run to generate Figure 7 of the paper.
