Dataset description

We report the generation mechanism associated with nano-grating (NG) electrode photomixers fabricated on Fe-doped InGaAsP substrates. This dataset contains experimental data presented in the paper titled 'Terahertz generation mechanism in nano-grating electrode photomixers on Fe doped InGaAsP'. The data included are the IV characteristics, THz bandwidth performance and mapping at different bias orientations and polarizations for the SSNG and DSNG emitters.
