Data are contained in the zipfile "Growth-beta-Mn-CoZn_data.zip". This file contains a folder for each Figure in the related publication, with the exception of Figure 2, for which no data were generated. 

.ras files contain Rigaku x-ray diffraction data. 
.dql files contain Bruker x-ray diffraction data.
.emd files are in Electron Microscopy Dataset format. 
.dm4 files are in Digital Micrograph format.
