Description: This dataset contains information about 1450 trees present on the University of Leeds campus in 2017 and 2018. The dataset includes physical attribute data collected by volunteers during the summers of 2017 and 2018 (columns A - J) and data generated using the i-Tree Eco v6 software (columns K - AW) in 2019.

Column A: Unique Tree ID number
Column B: Unique Survey ID number
Column C: Species name (where the exact species was not available, these have been matched to those available in i-Tree Eco as of 2019)
Column E: Latitude (estimate based on Google Earth imagery, not ground measurement)
Column F: Longitude (estimate based on Google Earth imagery, not ground measurement)
Column G: Tree diameter at breast height (measurement at 1.3 m from the ground); units = cm
Column H: Tree height; units = m
Column I: Canopy cover (calculated from crown width measured N-S and E-W); units = m squared
Column J: Estimate of tree condition; options = Excellent / Good / Fair / Poor / Critical / Dying / Dead
Columns K - AW: Calculated by i-Tree Eco software v6 - details available at https://www.itreetools.org/tools/i-tree-eco, see our accompanying report for details on any methodological choices specific to this project (for example, the application of UK social damage costs). 

5. METHODS
----------

The dataset includes both physical attribute data collected by volunteers during the summers of 2017 and 2018 (columns A - J) and data generated using the i-Tree Eco v6 software (columns K - AW) in 2019. Key variables are defined above (in CONTENTS) and further information is available in the associated report.
