Figure 3 shows an example of a constrained SINDy fit to recover the governing equations.

Such raw data can be found in the accompanying SINDy archive in SINDy results files such as:-

NOTE: the SINDy library that was used can be found in each directory in order to force its use and
overriding anything installed in the environment, e.g.:-
sindy-stuff/pysindy/

WARNING: Not using this library can cause component swap issues for some reason we do not fully understand
tied to declaration of the custom library within each version of SINDy.
