Figure 1 is a representation of Dedalus flow data for the specific cases and times notes in the figure.

The data in row 1 can be reproduced by renaming and running the Dedalus script in DedalusScripts.zip, specifically:-
Dedalus Scripts/RBc-2D-Ra1e6.py
and visualising the flow temperature (variable: b) at t=22.5 and t=49.75

The data in row 2 can be reproduced by renaming and running the Dedalus script in DedalusScripts.zip, specifically:-
Dedalus Scripts/RBc-2D-Ra1e8.py
and visualising the flow temperature (variable: b) at t=22.5 and t=49.75
