The data comprise self-report measures of participants’ felt emotion in relation to self-selected music tracks, as well as to experimenter-selected music tracks paired with negative, neutral or positive short films. The data include records of which music was subsequently imagined, and how vividly, as well as behavioural data from a musical imagery accuracy test.
