The file contains data obtained from 3D kinematic analysis processed using visual 3D. The outputs are for the Preferred (P) limb and Non-preferred (NP) limb in unimanual (UNI) and Bimanual (BI) conditions. The three groups are participants with a Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) and noninjured Younger adults (YA) and Older adults (OA). Variables include: PV - Peak Velocity (mm/s) MT - Movement Time (ms) propDT - Proprotion of movement time spent decelerating (%) propFAP - Proportion of movement time spent in the final adjustment phase (%) MGA - Maximal Grasp Aperture (cm) MGAMT - Time of Maximal Grasp Aperture as a percentage of movement time (%) TrG - Transport and Grasp coupling (ms) SYNCST - Synchrony at the start of the movement (ms) SYNCPV - Synchrony at peak velocity (ms) SYNCFAP - Synchorny at the start of the final adjustment phase (ms) SYNCEND - Synchorny at the end of the movement (ms) NOAA - Number of adjustments in the approach phase NOAF - Number of adjustments in the final adjustment phase For participants with a spinal cord injury there is also data available regarding age, gender, time since the injury, skeletal level, ASIA classification (1=A, 2=b, 3=c, 4=d) and chedoke score.
