Dataset description

This dataset consists of primary sources from 'The Hollies' Weetwood, Leeds, which from 1925-1960 (excluding September 1939- 1948) was a residential establishment for children at risk of tuberculosis. The dataset consists of:

a. two anonymised transcribed interviews with people with direct connections to The Hollies in the 1950s, one was a child resident and the other a visiting doctor.

b. anonymised data about children resident at The Hollies from The Register 1934-1938 and 1948-1960 (Excel data files), the SPSS files used to analyse this data and the SPSS output files
