1. ABOUT THE DATASET -------------------- Title: Creator(s): Christopher E A Barker [1], Eloi Haltz [1], Thomas A Moore [1], and Christopher H Marrows [1] Organisation(s): [1] School of Physics and Astronomy, University of Leeds. Rights-holder(s): Copyright 2023 University of Leeds Publication Year: 2023 Description: Dataset associated with publication on skyrmion breathing modes in a synthetic ntiferromagnetic multilayer. All data was generated using the micromagnetic solver mumax3, studying the static behaviour of skyrmions as a function of applied magnetic field, and interlayer antiferromagnetic coupling strength. Also studied are the breathing modes of these skyrmions as a function of field, coupling strength structural disorder and temperature. Cite as: C E A Barker et al. CONTENTS ----------- These files are all in the format of .mx3 simulation scripts, and .out simpulation output folders. The .out folders contain logfiles which are plaintext, and .ovf which are simulation output images. File listing Static Simulations: Sky_SAFx2_Square_fn_B: collection of .ovf files with the system under different external fields, radius can be determined based on the skyrmion diameter. Sky_SAFx2_Square_fn_RKKY: Same as above, but for rkyy coupling strength Dynamic Simulations: Sky_SAFx2_Square_Sinc_Bext50_PBC: Simulation output exciting the system with a sinc pulse and measuring the result. A FFT can be used to generate the spectrum in figure 2. Snapshots avec radius: Set of simulations driving the system with sinusoidal fields at each of the peaks in the previous simulation. Radius can be calcuated from the results. Sky_SAFx2_Square_Sinc_fn_B: Simulation ramping the field, and measuring the spectrum as a function of field. RKKY_Sweeps: Set of simulationsvarying the RKKY coupling strength and measuring the spectrum. T_Sweeps: Set of simulations varying the temperature and measuring the spectrum Sky_SAFx2_Square_Sinc_Bext50_PBC_RKKY_-0.00020_with_tesselation: Simulation and output measuring a spectrum where the saturation magnetisation has been allowed to vary to simulate structural disorder. 5. METHODS ---------- Datasets were generated by running the .mx3 files found in this dataset using mumax3 and measuring the outputs. Full details are described in the associated publication.
